GLACIER NATIONAL PARK! (part 2)

June 2017

Instead of doing a picture overload post I’m doing 2 posts so you can really appreciate each picture and how incredible this place is! And remember this is without going to my favorite part of the park:
The Going-to-the-Sun road!

We also went to Hungry Horse Dam. When we first got to the town Larry wondered out loud how the place got its name. I said I hoped that it wasn’t from some poor starving horse. It was! But the story had a good ending, we read all about it at the dam!

We got to watch the artist paint this building! Turned out pretty awesome, don't you think?

More magical looking flowers at the RV Park!
They were tiny little white dots one day and these the next!
We stopped for a selfie this time!

This part of Montana is famous for their huckleberries!
We stocked up on Huckleberry Fudge, Huckleberry Jam and Huckleberry Syrup!
Yummmmm!

Saw this pretty lady along the road!

Here's the story of how the place got its name!

Once again, thanks for reading our blog!

About Me

My photo
Larry and I decided to retire and hit the road. We bought a new 5th Wheel and new truck to pull it. We packed up the dogs and we're heading out to check off that bucket list. We wake up every morning and "Thank Our Lucky Stars" that we get to do this.
