Our son Jeffry is a chef in Paso Robles, CA
Now here’s where I get to brag a little!
Paso is known world wide for their food and wine. They have festivals celebrating food and wine every year: some of these involve competitions. Our son is the Mac and Cheese King of Paso!
His Mac and Cheese is gourmet: the stuff of legends!
We love these guys so much!
Check out this menu! |
He also makes killer sandwiches! |
Plus everything comes with this awesome view!
While in Paso we stayed at Wine Country RV. A really nice RV Park with cabins and lots to do. Someday we’re going to go there and actually do some of the stuff . This time we pretty much visited Jeffry, Kathleen and the girls!
Jeffry and Kathleen hosted a Mardi Gras Party while we were there! Of course the food was scrumptious! He made Jambalaya and a veggie Gumbo for me. I’m a Pescetarian, no that’s not a religion. I’m a vegetarian who eats fish. Both were so incredibly delicious I took the chicken and sausage out of the Jambalaya, left in the shrimp and ate up!

Having a son who’s a
chef is kinda awesome! Having a son who’s smart enough to marry a truly
wonderful woman is even awesomer!
Next time you’re in
Paso Robles for a wine tour (or any other reason) don’t forget to stop in at
Grey Wolf Winery for some fabulous wine and head on back to Barton’s Kitchen window for some of the
best food you’ll ever eat!
I LOVE it! Thanks Mom! Such a wonderful little profile. Hope you guys are dong well on your travels! Miss you and Love you! Travel On! :D
